Project Onboarding
You’ve decided we’re the right fit and have accepted the quote.
You’ll receive an invoice and contract to sign, which will kick the project off.
Design and Research
Next, I’ll do some background research on your brand and what you require.
Depending on the project type, we will discuss timelines and what is required from you to meet the deadline.
Design
The design will be worked on in collaboration with you, depending on what the project entails.
Brand design and website design has a specific process I follow, which will be relayed to you in the onboarding stage.
Final File Delivery
The final invoice will be sent to you.
All finalised files will be supplied to you in the required formats using a shared folder on Google Drive.
Project Offboarding
Once we’ve wrapped up our project, you’ll receive an offboarding guide to help support you as you roll out your new brand, collateral or website.
The guide covers common design terms, file types and handy tips and links to tools.
There will also be the option to leave a Google review if you have enjoyed working with me.
