If you’ve spotted one of my existing designs you love, but want to give it a personal twist, that’s absolutely possible too. Customising an existing design is a great way to make the process easier and more cost-effective, while still creating stationery that feels perfectly yours.
With this service, you’ll enjoy a personalised, stress-free design experience, tailored to your ideas and guided by my expertise in wedding stationery design.
What’s included in a custom design package?
Collaborative design session. We’ll chat about your story, style and must-haves, and start shaping your dream stationery.
Custom illustrations and design time. Up to 2 hours included, additional time may incur extra costs (always discussed with you first).
Option to customise an existing design. Saving you time and making the process even smoother.
Matching stationery options. Your design can extend beyond invitations to signage, menus, place cards, guestbooks, table numbers and more (additional fees may apply).
Printed proof sample available. You can receive a physical copy on your choice of cardstock, so you can see and feel the design before moving forward.
Premium printing options. Professionally printed on high-quality stock, with a wide range of finishes.
Full customisation. Extras such as wax seals, belly bands, sleeves, ribbons or charms can be added at an additional cost to make your stationery truly special.
Investment
To book your custom wedding stationery design, there is a $300 booking fee.
This secures your place in my design calendar and covers your initial consultation, design concept and sample proof.
Final print costs, finishing touches and embellishments are priced separately, so you can customise your stationery to suit your style and budget.
Timeline
Please allow 6 weeks for your custom design journey, which includes the creative process, revisions, printed sample and final approval before full print production.

How long does a custom design take?
The full process takes around 6-8 weeks from our first chat to having your stationery ready to print. This ensures there’s time for design, revisions, printing of your sample, and final tweaks.
Can I customise one of your existing designs?
Absolutely! If you’ve seen a design in my collection that you love, we can personalise it with your colours, fonts, wording, or extra details to make it feel like your own. It’s a great way to streamline the process while still enjoying something bespoke.
What stationery items can be included?
Almost anything! Invitations, save-the-dates, signage, menus, place cards, table numbers, guestbooks, the list goes on. If you have a special request, let me know. I can match your design across your entire wedding suite (additional costs may apply).
What if I want embellishments like wax seals or belly bands?
I love adding finishing touches! Wax seals, belly bands, ribbons, sleeves, or charms can all be incorporated. These are optional add-ons, priced separately, so you can fully customise your stationery to suit your budget.
Will there be extra costs for complex designs?
Sometimes, if your design requires more intricate illustrations or additional design time, there may be extra fees. Don’t worry, I’ll always discuss this with you upfront so there are no surprises.
