Yes. Poppyseed Design works with couples nationwide, with consultations held via Zoom or phone.
Printed stationery and signage can be shipped throughout New Zealand.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SEMI-CUSTOM SUITE AND A BESPOKE DESIGN?
A semi-custom suite starts with one of my existing stationery collections and is personalised with your wedding details, colours, and selected design elements.
A bespoke design is created entirely from scratch and tailored specifically to your wedding vision.
During our call, I’ll help you determine which option is the best fit for your style, timeline, and budget.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK OUR STATIONERY?
As a general guide:
Save the Dates: 8–12 months before your wedding
Wedding Invitations: 4–6 months before your wedding
On-the-day stationery and signage: 1–3 months before your wedding
If you’re unsure, we can discuss your timeline during the call.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTING AS WELL AS DESIGN?
Yes. I offer both design and professional print management, allowing you to receive beautifully printed stationery ready for your wedding day.
A range of paper stocks, finishes, signage materials, and embellishments are available depending on your chosen collection.
CAN WE ORDER SIGNAGE AND ON-THE-DAY STATIONERY WITHOUT INVITATIONS?
Absolutely.
Many couples come to me for welcome signs, seating plans, menus, place cards, and other wedding day details even if their invitations were created elsewhere.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CALL?
Following our conversation, I’ll recommend the most suitable option for your wedding and, where appropriate, provide a tailored quote.
From there, you can decide if you’d like to move forward.
There’s never any pressure to book.
DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?
Invitation quantities vary depending on your chosen suite and printing requirements.
We’ll discuss your guest numbers during the call and determine the most suitable quantity for your wedding.
CAN YOU MATCH STATIONERY TO OUR WEDDING STYLE OR VENUE?
Yes. One of my favourite parts of the process is helping couples create a cohesive visual experience.
